Burge is a historic site with the traditional charm and romance of its rich past yet modern in its facilities and services. Outdoor wedding options abound at this historic 1,000-acre farm located in Mansfield, Georgia.

Wed on the front steps of our home built in 1921, under the grand oaks in the front yard, or in the beautiful formal garden.
Your reception will be held in and around the elegant Burge Conservatory and its covered terrace, both of which can be either heated or cooled depending on the weather.
Surrounding the Conservatory and Main House are spacious lawns and gardens as well as two additional pavilions.
Two cottages are included for use by the wedding party… one for the bride and the other for the groom and their respective attendants.
Farm-to-table menus that feature organic herbs and vegetables.

Wedding Rates for The Conservatory:

Rental Rates for up to 100 guests. Weddings are held April – September.

April – September Weddings

All weddings are $4500 (up to 100 guests) and must be held from April – September. $8 per guest over the 100.

Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day are holiday weekends and there is an additional rental fee of $750.00 for events held on these Fridays or Saturdays (No events will be held on Sundays during these holiday weekends).

Facility Set up & Clean up
Additional Fee: Off Duty Police Officer
$40 per hour with a 5 hour minimum, fee will be added to customer’s invoice

Food and Beverage Services:

All catering must be provided by our in-house chef and kitchen staff. The only outside catering allowed on the Burge property are wedding cakes, groom’s cakes, and favors for your guests. Rental rates do not include food or beverage service. The food minimum is $55 per person. All fees (rental fees and catering) incur a 20% service fee and 7% sales tax.

Tea, Lemonade & Water:
Includes Plasticware, Ice, & Beverage Napkins. Included in all meal prices.
Full Beverage Package (Optional):
Tea, Lemonade, Water, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Tonic, Club Soda, Lemons & Limes, Ice, Plasticware and Cocktail Napkins.
Alcohol (Optional):
You are welcome to provide for your guests the following alcohol during the reception: Beer (bottles, cans or kegs), wine, champagne, and mixed drinks. All soft drinks needed as mixers must be provided by Burge. Burge Bar Recommendations: A selection of 2 Imported Beers, 2 Domestic Beers, 3 Wines (a Red, White and Blush/Sweet Wine) and 4 Liquors (Vodka, Gin, Bourbon and Scotch) and Champagne.
Bartender Fee:
One bartender per 50 guests is required. $100 per bartender (maximum of 5 hours, includes setup/teardown). NOTE: Bars cannot exceed more than 5 hours. Burge does not charge a corkage fee for alcohol.

Glass Package (Optional):
Includes glassware for all beverages served at the event (tea, lemonade, soft drinks, beer, wine, champagne, and mixed drinks).

Wine Service (Optional):
Wine glasses preset on dinner tables and Burge staff to offer wine tableside
$1.50 per person (customer provides wine)
Champagne Service (Optional):
Champagne served in Champagne Flutes on Trays or Tableside.
