Rehearsal Dinners, Corporate Dinners, Anniversary Parties and Holiday Parties at Burge

Thank you for considering Burge as the site for a reception. Listed below are the guidelines for events at either The Conservatory or Paula’s Porch (also referred to as The Lodge). Meals start at $70 per person and include tea, lemonade, and water. You are welcome to provide your own alcohol and a dessert for your guests. If you would like to make arrangements to tour the property, tours are made Monday-Saturday based on our event calendar. Please note all fees incur 7% sales tax and 20% gratuity.

Non-Member Guidelines For Events at The Conservatory and The Lodge (Excluding Weddings)

Usage fees for Monday-Thursday:

Event rental fee for up to 50 guests is $350
Event rental fee for 51-100 guests is $550
$5 per person over 100 guests

Usage fees for Friday-Sunday:

Event rental fee for up to 50 guests is $450
Event rental fee for 51-100 guests is $650
$5 per person over 100 guests

Dinner Parties Include:

Tableware, plasticware, beverage napkins, & ice for bar are included.
All catering provided by Burge’s In-House Chef.
Menu must be confirmed with Chef and Event Coordinator

Bartender fee $150 for all member and non-member events
(customer provides all alcohol)
Off-Duty Police Officer during reception (depends on size of event and if alcohol is served).
$50 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Fee will be added to customer’s invoice.
