To orchestrate your ceremony and reception,
Burge does require a day-of coordinator. We will be happy to provide a list of preferred day-of coordinators. Your Burge Event Planner will partner with your day-of coordinator to insure your memorable wedding day.
Ensure gifts, remaining alcohol, and couple’s personal items
(guest book, toasting glasses, cake knives, centerpieces, additional decorations, extra favors, remaining cake, etc.) are taken from the reception by a family member or friend of the family.
Your day-of coordinator will be responsible for the following:
Announcement of compete bridal party or bride/groom only
Start time for dinner (plates for the bride and groom will be served first)
Cake cutting (any remaining cake will be packaged for family to take home)
