REHEARSAL DINNERS, CORPORATE DINNERS, ANNIVERSARY PARTIES and HOLIDAY PARTIES at BURGE PLANTATION


Thank you for considering Burge Plantation as the site for a reception. Listed below are the guidelines for events at either The Conservatory or Paula’s Porch (also referred to as The Lodge). Menus for dinners can be found on our Burge Weddings website, www.burgeweddings.com. Meals start at $40 per person and include tea, lemonade, and water. You are welcome to provide your own alcohol and a dessert for your guests. Burge will provide a bartender and all supplies for the bar. If you would like to make arrangements to tour the property, tours are made Monday-Saturday based on our event calendar. Please note all fees incur 7% sales tax and 20% gratuity.

Guidelines for events at The Conservatory and The Lodge:

Non-Member Events and Member Events (without overnight accommodations):

    Usage fees for Sunday-Thursday:
  • Event rental fee for up to 50 guests is $200.
  • Event rental fee for 51-100 guests is $400. $5 per person after initial 100 guests.
  • Event must end by 11:00pm.
    Usage fees for Friday and Saturday after 4:00pm:
  • Event rental fee for up to 100 guests in $400. $4 per person after initial 100 guests.
  • Event must end by 11:00pm.

Member or Member-Sponsored Events (with overnight accommodations):

    Usage fees for events with overnight guests on Sunday-Thursday:
  • Event rental fee for up to 50 guests is $100.
  • Event rental fee for 51-100 guests is $200. $5 per person after initial 100 guests.
  • Event must end by 11:00pm.
    Usage fees for events with overnight guests on Friday and Saturday after 4:00pm:
  • Event rental fee for 100 guests is $400. $4 per person after initial 100 guests.
  • Event must end by 11:00pm.

Dinner Parties Include:

  • Tableware, plasticware, beverage napkins, & ice for bar are included. Upgrade to glassware at bar for $3.00 per person
  • Parking Attendant as the guests arrive at The Conservatory for events with 100+ guests (not needed for Paula’s Porch).
  • Off-Duty Police Officer during reception (depends on size of event and if alcohol is served). $40 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. Fee will be added to customer's invoice (not needed for Paula’s Porch).
  • All catering provided by Burge’s In-House Chef. Menu must be confirmed with Chef and Event Coordinator
  • Bartender fee $100 for non-member events and $75 for member or member-sponsored events (customer provides all alcohol)
  • Bridal Luncheon: Room fee $250.
  • Additional charges will be added for extra tables, chairs, linens etc. Tables $9.50 each, chairs $2.50 each, white linens $14.00 each, overlays $10.00 each.
  • If customer wishes to reserve both rooms in The Conservatory or both rooms at The Lodge, an additional room usage fee of $100 will apply. Fee includes tables, chairs, linens.
