Dawn Leonetti - Wedding Director

Dawn is originally from New Jersey and moved to Georgia over thirty years ago. She attended Oxford College of Emory University and then The Emory School of Business. With a business management degree she knew she wanted to have a career in the hospitality industry.

With over 20 years of experience in the service industry, she has worked with hundreds of brides at many venues. She has been happily married to her high school sweetheart for over 20 years and they have 4 beautiful children.

Dawn always tells her brides: “Our main goal at Burge is for the bride, groom, and family to remember their wedding day as a stress-free day filled with very special memories. Celebrating the newly married couple is what is most important!”


Audrey Harper Arwood - Wedding Director

Audrey is originally from Greenville, South Carolina, attended Cumberland University, outside of Nashville, Tennessee and has resided and raised her family in Covington, Georgia. She enjoys laughing and spending time with her family and friends.

Audrey was a salon owner and entrepreneur for many years, a wedding photographer and has currently found a love and passion for the hospitality industry. She has planned and coordinated weddings and events in many venues for over 10 years.

Audrey loves the relationship she develops with her clients during the planning time of their special day. She encourages her brides to have fun while planning their wedding and she strives to make sure their special day is a most remembered and unique day. Most importantly she wants their day to reflect who they are as a couple.


Chef Andrew Featherstone

Andrew was born in Marietta, Georgia and was raised and educated near London, England. He has over twenty years experience in fine dining, weddings and banquets.

He uses only the freshest ingredients, including many products from our extensive organic gardens here at Burge when in season. His philosophy: “Simple, fresh and local quality ingredients serve themselves.”

We have many menus from classic southern to French style cooking. Andrew would also be happy to customize a menu just for you.
